Hi my name is Matthew! I’m a husband, father, son, home cook and baker. I love my family, animals, exploring recipes from the past and getting inspiration to create my own recipes to pass on to future generations. I have a wonderful wife, 2 perfect daughters, 2 adorable Cavalier King Charles Spaniel’s and 2 crazy cats. The kitchen is may favorite place to spend time cooking for my family. My wife and I are moving our family toward a more self-sufficient lifestyle. We are producing more of our own food and educating our children on how they can take care of the planet by reducing waste and living a simpler lifestyle.
